Order Confirmation
As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment,The product price is shown is $0 and less than $10 as except.Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. Please see current estimated lead times on the product page for each product.

cannot change the shipping address after the order is placed.***
Order Shipment
Most products ship
within 2 to 3 business days from the date of your order (unless indicated on
the product page). Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to
order (i.e., Timber Grow Lights, ChilLED Tech, Trimmers, etc). We will send you
tracking information as soon as it is available. If a week has gone by and you
do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.
U.S. Shipping
We are based
in Portland, Oregon with warehouses nationwide. We
offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 states (sometimes to HI and AK, too) via
FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers (product/brand dependent). Expedited
shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your
purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a
quote.
After the order is
processed, allow 2 to 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you if
shipped to a U.S. address. We can ship to PO boxes in some cases.
We recommend using a street/residential address instead.
International Orders
Nearly all
of our brands can be shipped internationally using FedEx, UPS,
USPS, DHL or other couriers. Most quotes can be obtained at
checkout. If not, please email us to receive a
shipping quote for lights shipped outside of the USA. You may also place an
order on our online store for items that require a quote and we will
notify you via email on the exact shipping costs.
Some items/brands
can be shipped for free.
Items shipped
internationally from the USA may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local
charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer
and not Cosyfarmer company.
Cancellations
If you need to
cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 2.9% (credit
card / ViaBill / PayPal), 3.9% (American Expresss), or 6% (Sezzle)
order cancellation fee after the order was received. We can accommodate
most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our
warehouses ship from, the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in
time. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will
be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking
fees. All EZTrim orders are final and non-refundable or returnable.
Returns
We
offer return shipping in the USA if you are not satisfied for any reason.
See our full Return Policy for rules and
guidance on returning an item after purchase and for brand-specific return
dates. A 5-25% restocking fee (brand dependent) may apply for
returns within the dates of the return policy. Reach out to us for exact return
instructions and restocking fees for the item(s) that you purchased.
